The Mystery Partnership operates our Qualitywatch programmes in Private members clubs in the UK, Australia, US and South Africa. Whether the club is a more traditional style such as The Royal Automobile Club or a more modern style such as Home House , the programmes developed for each client are tailored to measure the high service standards in each but reflects the clubs own personality.
Specialising in working with many Private Members Clubs to improve their service standards was a natural progression to working with hotels as the two businesses have many similarities. Private Members Clubs are very focused on the service standards offered to their members and this often needs to be very personal.
We assist them in measuring these service standards with specialist programmes and use specifically trained and profiled mystery guests to measure service standards for this unique industry.
